Right off-hand I don't know of a good set of problems on the
internet. If I come across any, I'll post a link. On the other
hand, I know of a book which is nothing but problems. The first
part of the book contains a rather brief introduction along with
a number of problems and the second part of the book has all of
the solutions worked in detail. The book is ``Problem Book in
Relativity and Gravitation,'' Lightman, Press, Price and Teukolsky.
(It's both special and general relativity).

It covers things like black holes, gravitational radiation,
generic cosmologies and so on. It comes in paperback.
