Depends on what else you want to assume.
If it's supposedly continuous (and without further knowledge and those
few numbers it sounds like it), you might consider kernel density
estimation.
If you can specify more (unimodality for example), then you may be able
to do better.
You could try a post to one of the sci.stat.* groups.
