by this I mean that
HSJ has committed himself to his fanclub,
and no other audience (such as "respected online journals," or
"precosious junior high kids who would eat him alive" .-)
thus:
I just saw a headline in the LATimes,
a few days ago, stating that it had *just* fallen
below $50/barrel -- again. ah, so;
the Administration *totally* supports the Kyoto Protocol,
as they said during the 2000 campaign
(on the emmisions trading scheme,
which is the centerpiece ... and it went into operation
on Feb.12, a Carbon Tax de facto).
thus:
uh, that is that the NYT "weather miscellany box" records
lots of low-temperature records. just last week,
on two days, they had a map with simultaneuos high and
low records for the continental USA, which may occur every day,
for all that I know. ah, so;
here's my favorite Sunday headline from the LAtribcoTimes,
in the back of the paper a couple of years ago:
"A Hundred New Glaciers Dyscovered in the Rockies,"
the Continental Divide, to be more exact. alas,
one cannot normally see those areas, because
of near-constant cloudcover.
