Although I'm really anxious to take these classes, I'm a little nervous
about taking them all at once.

two courses independetly with my advisor, so that I will be prepared for the
fall.

Take them all
No pain, no gain
Seriously, Linear algebra should not be too hard. Complex Analysis, well, a
little harder (but not too bad). Topology? Tricky one dependent upon the
course, of course. Although if you are inclined to topological issues then
it shouldn't tax. Look at it as a challenge, don't be beaten by it, it's all
axiomatic anyway. You should only avoid the ludicrously hard, i.e. that
which is well beyond and may put you off. I got down over a course once,
only years later to realise it was simply too much too soon. Cinch now.
Do it, its three courses. Two are relatively easy, the third can't be too
bad.
