My goodness! That document is almost exactly what I was going to right for myself! I wish my text used such an outline the first time after someone explained the ideas in words or by analogy. The substance is, after all, the ideas represented and not their form.
Do you know of or have any plans to write a similar document on calculus but for several variables or complex variables?
