Since it is only Orlow who insists that any such thing exists, why does
he have no explanation of what HE is taking about?

And what is the smallest of the natural numbers "with an infinite number
of digits" or otherwise being infinite, Tony?

Every non-empty set of naturals must have a smallest natural in it, so0
that Tony ought to be able to tell us what that smallest "infinite"
natural is, provided it actually does exist, as Tony keeps claiming.
