SAS Programmer with some experience in Hertfordshire, England

I apologise for posting on this group but I need a little bit of
guidance.

I have a Company in Hertfordshire looking for an experienced SAS
Programmer. I've rattled the usual cages but have drawn a blank.

I can find graduates and very senior people but cannot track down
mathematicians with between 2 and 7 years experience of serious SAS
Programming.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

Where do you all look when you're looking for new positions?

If it's of any help/interest, the target arena is consultancy &
analytical projects within Consumer Risk Management with design,
development & implementation of credit risk models for Retail Financial
Services companies.
