Have you tried contacting the SAS institute or the SAS User Group
(SUG?).
I used to do real heavy SAS years back and remember that SAS (the
company and the users) had a nice little community centered around of
course SAS.
I don't recall if global or a USA thing, but I'm sure SAS (the company)
can steer you to UK resources.
