Thanks, I'll do that. To make the question more specific: What would you do
for a site such as Daniel Geisler's Tetration.org site?

Daniel has done a considerable amount of experimental research using
Mathematica and FractInt. However, to my knowledge his work has not been
peer-reviewed, although certain sections might have been partially reviewed.
His website contains info that I need, but I really cannot see what to write
in my .bib file, except maybe:

What does one do for work which has been published only online, such as his?
