Sorry for the typo...I meant ..."gone to 0" i.e. that in the physcial
system being modeled, at large values of t, the spring is effectively
zero i.e. extremely small so that it can be neglected and so, doesn't
that mean that at these large values of time, I can model the system as
y'' + Cy' = 0.
