You have not yet demonstated that pi is normal.
As for crap tables, objects that generate
the numbers are dice. As you know, dice are
approximately in the shape of cubes. In Vegas,
Atlantic City and everywhere else, the house
needs each die to land each face up as close
as is physically possible to 1/6th of the time.
Pi has nothing to do with it.
