any good annatation software for reading math research papers?

Hi all,

Maybe this is a little off topic. I just want to share with you and ask you
about the best software of annotating PDF files... Is there any good
software of doing annotation in PDF files and then later can be searched
(multiple PDFs) in an organized way?
