Most of it is garbage on my screen. In general, any characters outside the range of ASCII characters 32 to 127 will not be guaranteed to display as intended on all screens, but characters in that range should display as expected on all screens.

Hey, folks, we live in the third millennium by now! *Every* computer can display Unicode nowadays.
So guys, don't be so lazy. Update your systems to display Unicode! .
