I've had my account on ebay terminated for lack of response
regarding intrusions into my account that I never established
and often posts from Pay-Pal about my non-existent account.

Sometimes when people are contacted by Pay-Palor other companies, the
email is a fraud posing as the company to get private information from
you. Some even have good imitations of the company's web site which are
linked to in their email.
