How about this instead?

You post here, everyone reads and searches for the flaw for some
period. You will pay 17 dollars an hour (US) for each person in
graduate school in mathematics who does this, regardless of whether a
flaw is found or not; for tenured math faculty the fee will be 85
dollars an hour. In the event a flaw is found, no further payment is
necessary, and a complimentary forwarding of your paper to JAMS will
follow (no shipping and handling needed). Furthermore, in the event of
a unanimous vote that the papers is flawed, you agree you will not
contest it and you will refrain from further defense of your work.

Of course, there are some kinks to be worked out, but all in all, a
reasonable plan. It would definitely save a lot of arguments, eh?

Okay, now let's get back to reality and the same ol' hum drum of "I'm
right and you're ALL wrong."
