constraints on a matrix from conditions on it's inverse

Hi, really hope someone out there can help with this:

What conditions must a real symmetric matrix A satisfy, such that the
diagonal elements of it's inverse A^-1 are all positive?

I'm having dreadful trouble with this, and I desperately need to know.
