A is a vector, so divA is a scalar, so QdivA is also a scalar, by ordinary scalar multiplication.
To prove it, write div(QA) as delta_{p,q} (d/d(x_p)) (QA)_q, calculate that by the product rule, and then rewrite it as the RHS.
