Wikipedia alternative aims to be 'PBS of the Web'

Interesting, as a follow-up to my recent complaint on this newsgroup
about Wikipedia, this may sound promising. I certainly would contribute
to it FAR more than Wikipedia, which felt to me like a waste of time,
in fact, I would abandon Wikipedia altogether. On Wikipedia you could
have many years of postgraduate education yet have your contributions
"edited" by someone in junior highschool.
