I have considered the following scenario.
consider that we cut the string into n random parts.Now take a function.
Min(Length) = Min(a1,a2..........an) and similarly
Max(length) = Max(a1,a2..........an)
Now repeating this procedure for suppose another m times and then take the mean
Expected(Min length) = Mean(Min(length))and similarly
Expected(Max length) = Mean(Max(length))
But I am stuck up here.lease help me to find out the solution
