It is not from the result but from the method of production which
determines whether a sequence was randomly produced. Any sequence of the
same number of digits COULD have been produced randomly if we have, say,
a truly random bit generator, which will produce a 0 or 1 with equal
probability at each request for a binary digit.

In the physical world, the nearest things to mathematical randomness are
quantum events like the spin of an electron being up or down when tested.
