was it a nasty comment?

What comment?

in my native language there r no captilazations, which to me seems like
redundant, adding almost nothing (at least in most cases) to the
intelligibility and clarity of texts and communications.
do u have any subtanatial contribution to the subject matter?

What subject matter? As you removed the context, subject matter has
vanished. Thus subject matter is as you've just posted, about your
writing style. BTW, you may address me as 'you' and not as 'u'. In
addition you are not at liberty to write "u r not at liberty," for "you
are not at liberty," without appearing unprofessional and unscholarly.

Except for not using capitals, your punctuation is good.
However you've two or three misspellings beyond your
unadvised smart offs of 'u' for 'you' and 'r' for 'are'.

Do you also use '2' for 'two', 'too' and 'to' and '4' for 'for',
'four, and 'fore' as in '4fingers' to mean not 'four fingers' but
'forefingers'?

BTW, does your language impart any special meanings to various fingers?

Reply only if adequate context is included _within_ the reply.
Otherwise all contexts are removed from my view,
the flow of thought disrupted and chaos reigns.

In particular for Google users:

Instead of simply hitting the prominent "Reply" link, which doesn't
include a copy of the post to which one is replying, click the "Show
Options" link (toward the top of an item in the thread), which causes
a shaded area of links to appear next to the top of the item, including
"Reply" (first) that does introduce a copy of the previous text (offset
by > signs in the usual fashion).
