Minimax quickie

Trivial version -
ABC is a line segment with a hinge at B, where another
segment BD is attached. Maximize area(ADC).
(sin @=sin(pi-@) is NOT required for proving :-)
Somewhat more complicated -
Insert another hinge E on BD with a segment EF.
For easyness, let all hinges lie on the midpoint of
the segment and let all segments have equal length
(AB=BC=BE=ED=EF/2).
