complex function, congugate and partial derivative

Hi All,
If f(x,y) is a complex function and f*(x,y) is its congugate. Then will
f(x,y) multiplied by the partial derivative of f*(x,y) wrt x
be always equal to
f*(x,y) multiplied by the partial derivative of f(x,y) wrt x
If not, when will it be and when will it not be so.
