Weierstrass P-function

Given a lattice in C, we can define the Weierstrass P-function, I know
where the zeros of P and P' are. I was wondering where the zeros of P''
are. There can be at most 4 since it has degree 4. But how many are
there and where are they? Thanks a lot.
