I didn't comprehend this in my first read of your post. If you cover
every number but 0 and 00 by betting all three blocks of 12, then the
probability of losing all three wagers (0 or 00) on any given spin is
5.26% on a double-0 wheel. Unless I'm missing something in your system,
any other result (1 through 36) is a wash since any win comes with two
loses. I would suggest you run your system on just one block of 12.
