What's so hard to obtain about it? Google for solutions manual hubbard
and you will find much availability. Oh....maybe you mean you don't
want to pay for it.

Click on "Solutions to Homework ..." and you should be at the page
linking to the PDF files for the Instructors' Solution Manual, which
appears(?) to be what you're looking for.

The material is copyrighted by John H. Hubbard and Barbara Burke
Hubbard, and apparently was made available for a course taught by
Professor Hubbard. As the material is generally available via the
web, the copyright owner has presumably granted permission to look
inside.

Reminds me of the time I discovered a complete set of solutions to
Spivak's Calculus on Manifolds (1st edition). The Hubbard material is
not a complete set, though, is it?
