No -- what we're saying is "The statement 'ball 10 has probability p of
being picked' is not true for any real p." This is not the same as saying
"Ball 10 has NO chance of being picked," because that statement (of yours)
is simply a way to phrase "Ball 10 has probability 0 of being picked." But
0 is a real number. We're saying that you can say that ball 10 might get
picked, but you can't put a number on its probability of being picked.

You can't put a standard real value on that probability, but you can put a
nonstandard infinitesimal value on it and preserve additive probability. I
never claimed it had a standard real value. Do you have a problem with
infinitesimal probability?

Does TO have a complete axiom set for probability allowing for
infinitesimal probabilities? If so, lets see it.

Until such a system is presented, and validated, there is no such
system.
