I was unable to understand your reasoning, but I do know that the stability you experience when riding a bike is due to the fact that the friction force the tire feels when you try to turn it is greater then when your standing still. The friction corrects the motion of the wheel, in the same way that gravity forces a pendulum to oscillate around a line perpendicular to the surface of earth. The higher the speed, the higher the force, and shorter the time that the correction will take.
