Important theorems, especially those that establish the framework
for the rest of the chapter or book, should be explained thoroughly.
If you don't get it then, you'll be lost for the rest of the course,
and may very well abandon that whole topic of study.
That, and not enough examples given to let a really fundamental
but new concept soak in well.
