Earlier today the name couldn't be looked up in the DNS because the
UPenn server was u/s and the zone had apparently expired at their
Australian slave. Now the .org servers are pointing to two new
nameservers, ns{31,32}.worldnic.org, neither of which know about
the zone.

I hope someone sorts the situation soon. This is one of my
favourite electronic journals.

I had no problem connecting to http://www.combinatorics.org/ just now
so maybe whatever the problem was it has been sorted out.
