Curvature of all spheres

Would the curvature for all "perfect" spheres be the same? Or
could there be a variance of sphere curvature? Would curvature
"scale" depending on the size of the sphere? I'd imagine that
after a certain variance it wouldn't be a perfect sphere but would
be more like the earth (which bulges out somewhat).
