I am looking for more examples for use of Dirac's Delta Function in
engineering and physics. In general it might be used for modelling
sudden shocks or large forces to a system. But do you have any
examples
from the engineering/physics world?
For now I have read some about the baseball bat hitting a ball and
the
hammer hitting an object, but I am searching for some more examples
of
how you may use Dirac's Delta Function.
Looking forward to your suggestions.
Examples of impulse in engineering, though not so physical as your
examples.
-Sampling theorem / sifting function.
-Determine transfer function by impulse response.
