[Tim Peters]
...
James has always been trying to protect top mathematicians. Top
mathematicians have never been to blame. Oceania has always been at
war with Eurasia.
[Jesse F. Hughes]
Wow. Don't know how I missed that.
Neither do I: he's been pushing the current line of random bull on
overdrive for two days ;-)
So, JSH is protecting top mathematicians these days. Because their
lives are in danger. Somehow.
Lives are always in danger! This time top mathematicians aren't in mortal
danger from mobs of outraged citizenry (although I take it sci.math posters
still are), but are in danger of committing suicide when they come to
understand that James is right. They have never been engaged in a
conspiracy to suppress James's research, knowing it was right along.
They're in danger of committing suicide when they discover for the first
time that he's right. James has always been deeply concerned about this.
Got it. Thanks for the explanation!
No problem! Oceania has always been at war with Eastasia.
"But regardless of my goofs, my reality of journals is different from
ANY of yours, as they just treat me in a special way."
-- James S. Harris
Ooh! Ooh! A new regurgitated JSH-ism! Those are a great public service.
I sure hope you didn't miss this one, perhaps my favorite of the year so
far:
"And a vanity journal wouldn't open the doors to some unknown."
