Re: The Math Forum from Drexel University wants me to modify my website

I confirm that Richard Tchen's reported message is accurate.

Stick to your rights. My Math Forum is not The Math Forum or as it should
be properly titled The Drexel Math Forum.

When they said don't use Problem of the Week, they have made themselves an
absurdity. Please do notify all the different Problem of the Week
sponsors about Drexel's outlandish demands and as an organized group
politely tell Drexel to get lost, to stop being such a big Problem of the
Week.

As I said, somebody, a few days before, wrote me asking why anybody
would need my work, since The Math Forum already exists. That's what
alarmed me beforehand, even though I could not make sure that this
person (a math professor) was part of the staff ...

Ask for an appology for their disparagement of your work.
Ask them also if other established mathematical forums are also
superfluous.

We reprint the Problem of the Week to take into account the participation
and perhaps good manners and sense of humor of Drexel.

Problem of the Week
A math forum somewhere on the web, in a periodical, in a meeting
room or by email subscription, proposed a problem which was unsolvable.
How should the math forum retact the intractable problem without losing
credibility or good reputation?
