decimal arithmetics--gre

Hello group.
I was looking through GRE book and found the following problems
100.26/1.2
and
(0.087)(0.00021)
Are there a lot of people who can still do this kind of arithmetics? if
so what's the trick?
The amount of arithmetic expected is ridiculous. I haven't been able to
do things like that since grade school.
