1. It is impossible to construct a plausible model that assigns a
probability of one to a "hundred-year storm" occurring exactly once
every hundred years.
AND
2. It is impossible to construct a plausible model that assigns a
probability of one to a "hundred-year storm" occurring at least once
every hundred years.
