Calculate total flow from flow rates?

Hi all,
I think this is probably an easy one, but I'm just not getting something.
Let's say that I have a series of volumetric flow rates (liters per minute):
10 l/min at 7:00
20 l/min at 8:00
15 l/min at 9:00
Now for each of these intervals, I want to estimate the total flow in
liters.
How much flowed between 7:00 & 8:00?
How much flowed between 8:00 & 9:00?
I think I need to use the slope (rate of change) in the calc, but I don't
know how.
For simplicity sake, I'll consider it linear. In reality, it's a curve, but
I'd like to increase my chances of getting an answer :-)
Ideally, I'd like to see both solutions, but the simplest one would help me
out tremendouly for the time being.
Thanks!!!!
.
