Hi all,
I think this is probably an easy one, but I'm just not getting something.
Let's say that I have a series of volumetric flow rates (liters per minute):
10 l/min at 7:00
20 l/min at 8:00
15 l/min at 9:00
Now for each of these intervals, I want to estimate the total flow in
liters.
How much flowed between 7:00 & 8:00?
How much flowed between 8:00 & 9:00?
Do you have any information about the flow rate between
the epochs? That is, what do you know about the shape
of the flow rate curve between 7:00 and 8:00, 8:00 and
9:00 ? Is it a constant value or a linear change in rate
in between?
.
