Consider "moments" of time, like 11 o'clock sharp. These can be put
together into a set. But these moments are not concurrences of time-
continuities, as there is only one continuity of time(from past to

I thought relativity had scuttled the linearity of time.

At least when You meant by "concurrence" something like intersection,
which happens,when geometrical things meet.
