How dense are they? sigma p/q

hi
Let X=sigma(n=1..inf, n:integer) p(n)/q(n)
degree(q)>degree(p), p,q finite degree integer polynomials, also
assume the series converges. How sense are the numbers like X,
compared with real. Not even close to the number of reals right?
thanks.
