I think I'll start with the book from activityresources.com.
(I was impressed to see that its author is Sheldon Ross, whose
graduate-level books on probability I'm familiar with.)
Sheldon was my Ph.D. advisor. So of course, I am now obligated to go out and promote his books. :-) He wrote the book when his children were young.
