Where can I find a proof that the shape having the minimum area

Thanks
I have an old book called "100 Great Problems of Elementary
Mathematics - their history and solution" by Heinrich D\"orrie,
New York Dover Publications, Inc., which has this as Problem 100 (the
last one in the book), and includes an "elementary proof".
Derek Holt.
Thanks Holt.
