Tensor product of abelian group.

Hi.

In studying algebra, I got stumbled by these two problems;

1.Q*Q is isomorphic to Q.

2.Z_m*Z_n is isomorphic to Z_(m,n)

(here, * is tensor product of z-module)

Any help would be appreciated.
