Then you are, in fact, in the Sardanashvily camp (away from the
Poincare' gauge theory notion of Hehl et. al.) whether you realise it
or not...

this is all within the polysymplectic/multimomentum framework which
(unlike the standard Hamiltonian approach of Physics) is closer tied
to how Mathematicians treat Lagrangian theory and does NOT require a
3+1 split of spacetime into space+time. Notable (and something I
didn't notice before) is his recent publications on methods of
quantizing this classical framework. That's not trivial, since the
usual Poisson bracket formalism does not carry over.

You don't need to go hog wild with the consciousness thing to get a
measurement theory for quantum physics. All you need is a formalism
that consistently hybridizes classical and quantum theory. This is
already made a necessity by the various hybrid classico-quantum
gravity approaches (like Sardanashvily's above).

Diosi is the guru in this field, apparently. He also has a publication
