One would think so, but if you look at what t'Hooft writes it should not depend on scale. However, you are correct, because t'Hoofts assumption of sharp light cones of course breaks down at the quantum gravity level. The fluctuations in the geometrodynamic field completely shatter the smooth structure of the light cone.

Lubos blames me for his effective recent firing from the Harvard Physics Department in an e-mail to me. In fact, I took no active measures to have him fired at all, so I don't know why he blames me. Lubos got me into Wikipedia where a bunch of Digital Maoist fanatics like Calton Bolick have continually spun the bio page on me to make me look bad and they use their power as Wiki Admins to delete any positive information about me. Their statements about me and Uri Geller are false and the photo of me and Uri in 2004 completely contradicts the text at the photo. Calton Bolick keeps reverting the factual corrections and Jimmy Wales doesn't give a damn. Michael Savage and Uri Geller, who are both wealthy, are seriously thinking of taking Wikipedia to court because of similar false allegations about them and spinning the articles about them to make them look bad to the PC and Skeptic clacques that run Wickedpedio Files.

Even if he is kidding that's enough for stuffy Harvard to fire him, so he should not blame me. Also Lubos says he is a right winger so all the PC lefties at Harvard won't like him for that either. But to top it off Lubos wrote a series of insulting book reviews about Sir Roger Penrose, Lee Smolin, Peter Woit, Lenny Susskind and others that I think Amazon removed? Attacking top physicists and mathematician like these is not conduct becoming for a Harvard faculty person. Lubos used me as his scapegoat, while the fault is entirely his own.
