Sobolev embedding

Hi all,
I know a proof that there is an injection of H^m(R^n) into C^k(R^n)
if m>n/2+k, and this proof use fourier transform, etc .. but how can
one prove such a result with an arbitrary open set Omega : H^m(0mega)
-> C^k(Omega) ?
thank you,
Fedor
.
