Linear Algebra
Differential Equations
Advanced Calculus (with differential forms)

The following additional course are strongly recommended:

Abstract Algebra
Vector & Tensor Analysis
Topology
Complex Analysis

The following courses would be helpful:

Modern Geometry (especially Non-Euclidian geometry)
Lie Groups & Lie Algebras

Also, if possible, learn some physics, with the goal of at least
achieving an understanding of relativity (both special & general).
