That's what I thought too Tommy, but if he meant
tetration then he first needs
to tell us how he defines x^^y for real y. Once we
agree on the definition of
x^^y, then we can ask what is x^^x.

actually there is only one real consistant definition of that ...
( see the tetration sites like www.tetration.org and others ...Robert Israel is one of the expert here about that )
but yes he might mean something else of course...
