My own testing found that Windows Calculator on Windows 2000 in 64-digit

Alas, "Microsoft Pi++" does not match the actual value of Pi... :(

What is being defined as "Microsoft Pi++"?

I thought that the above was clear, but perhaps it wasn't.
Let me amplify:

My own testing

I, Guy macon, ran the test.

found that

The results of the test...

Windows Calculator on Windows 2000

....of the Calculator that comes with Microsoft Windows 2000
(and, I believe, XP)...

in 64-digit mode

...when set to show 64 digits...

(Start, Run, "calc /p:64")

....which you do like this:

Click on the start button.

Click on Run

Type is "calc /p:64" without the quotes

Click on OK

displays 64 digits of precision.

The display on the calculator now can show up to 64 digits.

Examples:
3.141592653589793238462643383279502884197169399311481966593000574

That's the number you get when you click on the Pi button of
the Windows calculator in 64-digit mode. And it is *NOT* Pi!

I call this number "Microsoft Visual Pi++" as wordplay on the
way Microsoft changed the C/C++ Programming language into
Microsoft Visual C++.

BTW, You can also see the wrong value of Pi on the normal
Windows Calulator with the 32-digit display. Here is how:
Pi Copy Clear Pi minus Paste = 5.0288419716939931148196659300057e-31
(the last half of Microsoft Visual Pi++)
