my practical observations are just consequences of the stems. So if I
had had (a mild fortune) my humble request complied with from the
start.,- for a rapid publication of my coded alphabetic notation of
the stems, then those exact same consequences would have been
confirmed from every quarter of the globe by people in a matter of
months.
The science of counting things is basically the discipline of turning
